Although the virgin media site, when I eventually got in, said no issues for my area for broadband. When I went onto computer and tried to access issues for the lack of on demand showing on the TIVO I got a 'oops somethings broken' twice. Eventually accessed account but it would not let me leave a mobile number or email address for updates. Again when I tried to submit I got an oops somethings broken!! can anyone help?
Sorry to hear about the recent troubles you've had, it sounds frustrating.
