Broadband is not working

I will start by saying that I have ordered a broarband nearly a month ago (18th of January) and still isn't working. I have scheduled 3 technician appointments. As a result, I have missed 3 days of my work. After the first appointment my broarband worked for one evening and starting next morning it didn't (flashing green light suggesting that there is no signal). So I scheduled an appointment on the 3rd of February. Technician hasn't showed up or he did (as I was told, not sure about that..) knocked possibly one time on the door and left. So today I had another appointment, the guy showed up, checked everything and told that it is a bigger problem and I need to schedule a technician... Are being serious? I can't believe such audacity and irresponsibility.. Could you send me someone competent?

Which light is flashing green? and it will take 1-2 weeks for an official member of staff to respond.
