I've just signed up for Virgin Broadband, TV and phone at my 1st floor flat (which I own). As far as I am aware there is no virgin cable installed for this flat though other flats in the building do have virgin broadband.
The installation date is on 9th March, will the engineer be able to deal with this or does he need advance warning of my circumstances and how do I go about letting them know.
I've checked the status on the property and there are no permissions required as this property has previously been cabled. If you are concerned about any cabling that needs to be done externally, you can have a chat with your landlord and, if required, we can resend permission forms to update our systems.
As it stands at the moment, everything is ready to go.
