My broadband has been down since March 8th in WC1X. Everytime I call the support they tell me it's going to be fixed within a day, same on the website. And every day the estimate fix date gets pushed back a day further.
I live in WC1X and have been having issues with my broadband as well. Service status website has been less than helpful (i.e. says there's no issue in the area) and when I run the diagnostic test, it says that my hub isn't switched on. It is, the blue lights are all on and flashing as they normally do, so it's not the five blue lights of doom. I'm getting nowhere with getting help to restore service and I'm getting seriously annoyed at the lack of engagement from Virgin Media.
Just to say I got an update on Twitter - the fault listed above relates to users who connect to that specific cabinet only so might not affect all of WC1X. They are hoping to have it fixed by 4pm today but this might change due to the work that needs to be done - here's hoping!
