Broadband dropping out

We have noticed that the broadband keeps dropping out. We have reset it too
Please can you advice

Are you using a wireless or hard-wired connection? Are you noticing the drop outs on multiple devices?

We are hard wired. We are finding that it is worse when we use the internet on the tv it seems to drop out then the most. Multiple devices are phones and laptop which are not always on at the same time when the drop out happens.
