Broadband dropping out frequently seems to be a common problem. Is there any solution as it seems to be an unrecognised Virgin problem from various threads. I have monitored a wired connection which confirms the service disappears periodically and wireless deices show they are connected but 'no internet connection'. I'd rather have half the speed but a more reliable service. Is changing provider the only realistic option?
An intermittent connection can indeed be very frustrating.
I've located your account details and I've not been able to detect any fault with the network segment relating to this at the moment. However, the equipment levels are displaying the timeouts mentioned. I'd therefore like to arrange for a field engineer to attend and investigate this further for you.
