Hello, i'm disabled and i have problems talking on the phone.On the official Facebok website I wrote about my problem,they answered me to call,(&^&%&^)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The problem is that they turn off the internet several times a day.I have several screenshots showing when and at what time this .
Can anyone help ????, I remind you that I can not talk on the phone.

So we can help us to help you, can youGo to your Superhub Log in screenDo NOT log in.Little button top right.....Can you post Upstream, Downstream and Network logs.Screen caps are nice, C&P will do- Don't stress about formatting if you C&P. I have vivic 100 optical fibre,wired connection to pc, wireless to tv. HUB 3.0 speed to 100mbp.
For the first 30 days internet working ok,after first month turn off the internet several times a day .They just turn off when they want

Youve a lot of T3 timeouts in your logs, could be the cause.
Set up a BQM
Run it for say 24 hrs, and post the result.
I have it and it's from last 24 h
Okay Im going to flag for staff, there's something not right, you've had 2 wan side dropouts in the last 24hrs
