Broadband down

Hi, Ive been having issues with my broad band since yesterday. I know there was a problem in my aread but that is now fixed but I still dont have internet! Ive been on the phone for more than an hour with virgin to try fix this issue, without any sucess! For 5 weeks ive been having problem with my broadband on and off and its unacceptable that virgin is providing such a medioc service! Please fix the internet!!

It could take 1-2 Weeks for a member of Virgin staff to see this thread and respond to it.

In the meantime are you connected wired or via wifi. If Wifi do you still have the same problems with a wired connection.

It may also be worth you connecting to the hub on 192.168.0.1 clicking on 'Check router status' and posting what you find here.
