Broadband down ?

Good day , my broadband has been down since Monday - looking at the attached log from the modem it would appear that the issue started from mid morning then . I assume this means I need an engineer to visit  .

Thanks for posting on the community. It's nice to have you back here.

 

I'm very sorry to read that you are experiencing loss of broadband connection.

 

For this I would like to arrange an engineer appointment to check this for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please. Once you have replied I can go ahead with the appointment. I also noticed that you have one of our older legacy modem's which need to be replaced and I will advise the engineer of this.
