Broadband disconnecting every day or so

My broadband keeps cutting out, the superhub just goes through the reboot time out cycle.
3 hours on Saturday, half hour Monday night, bout an hour so far tonight.
This has been happening since Christmas.
Tech support just follow their script and are zero help
Is there something gong on at Virgins end?
