Broadband disconnecting every 20 minutes on the router

 

My broadband is disconnecting every 20-25 minutes and the connection is completely reset on the router.

I've checked the downstream status (attached screenshot) and see the same power level as usually, but past times there were about 0 Post RS Errors, now I see similar values like the Pre RS Errors.

Also last week I spotted that the DS-2 channel had over 200 000 Pre RS Errors way more than the other ones.

I've completely unplug/replug, cable checked and factory reseted the router today.

Any help I'd appreciate. Thank you!

That's 3 disconnects during in the past 1.5 hours (router time is -1 hr).

Okay, after posting here, there were two rapid disconnects right after each other and now it seems to be back to normal. Speed/ping is better as it's usually and no connection reboots so far.

So it was outage in the area resolved around midnight or it's just the ISP who reseted the connection.

I leave this open until tomorrow to see if it's still fine.

Still disconnecting at least 2 times every hour.

I got no clue how can be the error numbers a negative value. Never seen something like this at previous flat using similar modem.
