Broadband : Network Access Denied since fault C00759606 apparently resolved
Wondering if anyone can help ... since earlier outage, I'm still without internet ... TIVo is fine but Superhub tells me Network Access is denied although channels are locked. Several hours and reboots plus a call to CS hasn't changed it. Engineer is being booked for Wednesday but I'm not convinced a visit is needed.
Here are the logs if it helps, interestingly the online fault checker said it found a fault this morning where as last night it said my equipment was off. It returned the message "We're trying to sort it out for you" ... I waited and rebooted but no change
