Broadband connection in area 21 has been very poor since 11 March. What is going on?

Have you checked the 'Service Status' option on your online account ?

Does this show any known issues at the moment in your area ?

Did check the service status. VM will send an engineer next week.

Have just been told by Virgin that it's down to utilisation and should be resolved early August! 😬
