I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.
I've run a diagnostic on your account and everything is looking great on this end. The signal levels are all within spec and there are no network issues in your area. How often is the Superhub rebooting? Does it happen at the same time every day?
Also, would you be able to post your Superhub's stats? Just go to 192.168.0.1 (don't log in at this point!) then click on Router Status in the top right hand corner of the screen. You can then copy the Network Logs and paste them into your response.
