Availability only part of my street?

I have just moved into a new house, in a small cul de sac only built in 2001. I checked the general availability here some time ago and it said VM broadband was available in the postcode area.

Upon checking now it seems availability is only up to number 36. Every number past this is coming up with "unavailable in your area"?

I am at number 48 and really want to switch from BT but it seems I live on a street where VM only cabled half the street....?

I filled in the contact form some time ago but heard nothing back.

Is this a common occurrence, and what are my options?

Thanks for coming back to Natalie with your information via Private Message. 

 

Checking the postcode against our systems, your address is indeed showing as Non-Serve for the moment. 

 

I have popped an email over to the Area Field Manager to see if they know why this is. Once I hear back I shall be in touch Smiley Happy
