Any sign of service

I'm a new customer to virgin broadband - engineers installed equipment Friday am - still no service for broadband, not a very good first impression, any idea when service will be up and running?

they should of got it running before leaving did they say why they couldn't? Have you called in to report the fault?

no staff here today - add to that it can take them a week to get to threads - your best bet is the phone
