All solid blue lights superhub2 ac

No Internet again, same issue I've had on 3 seperate occasions, superhub locked out twice before, a swap on the router about 3 months ago worked for a bit, then locked out this morning VM tech called no info given to me as to what the problem is other than we'll order you a superhub3. Really?? This issue keeps happening so needs investigation by an engineer, why it keeps happening and what the solution is, it was taking forever for the 5ghz to connect on all equipment. Surely an engineer visit would be the best option but no I have to wait 3 days for hub to arrive can someone from VM tech please advise, 7 years I've been with you but the last year has been the worst service ever!!!

Checking your connection this evening I can see that you're currently up and running so I do hope this fault has been resolved.

Heather many thanks for your reply, since i posted the hub locked out completely and has been replaced with the superhub 3 and now its gone from bad to worse, intermittent speeds sometimes as low as 6mb, intermittent connections the DHCP seems to have problems resolving ip addresses and doesnt let some equipment connect whatsoever until a reset of the hub which is now a daily routine, engineer booked to come out but not until next tuesday, quite frankly the worst service I've had with Virgin since joining you over 7 years ago. here are my speeds

I am so fed up with so called service. Mu engineer saturdsy! No service and lost work. Blue light issue recorded by community since 20!5 ignotrd recurrimg problrm.and still.no answers
