Exactly what Sololobo said. I was almost 15' over the phone trying to explain what I want. The lady on the other side of the line didn't have a clue and finally after checking with her colleagues and/or manager she said that I have to login to the Virgin Media router, go to the security settings and check options there (I don't know how that will help, but what do I know I 'm just an IT engineer ) and she would click the buttons her end.
In any case, just to be sure could you please disable this ANES service for me as well? Thanks
Office tech team have advised me in order to connect my work laptop at home that I need to opt out of the advanced DNS setting. I get a connection attempt time out message ( nc.windows.app23704) when I try to connect. I've seen a few people with this problem on here.
