Adjustments

Virgin media said they would adjust my bill due to me being cut off over the weekend a couple of weeks back, just been billed and it even shows the adjustments underneath but they have still billed me normally, how come?

Personal billing details cannot be resolved via this forum I'm afraid.  You will need to phone VM.

hiya @locol just to add what Dave_cq said would need to have a chat with customer services via 150 / 0345 454 1111 online @ http://contact.virginmedia.com (using PC/laptop), but if on the bill it shows adjustments that is money off the bill, since if any credit is being applied still be be charged at normal price and credit/adjustments below

ha ha ha it would cost me about a tenner to get through, just like it it when i rang them about the fault in the first place
