I have today started a quickstart install of a hub 3.0
Seems to be unable to properly activate as even after calling the number at 1pm, the green update light flashes for a minute then goes to flashing red and the process restarts. Tried to reactivate by calling the number but no luck.
After attempting again this morning, the hub now turns on, shows a white solid light at the base, the wifi light is continuously green and the download light is flashing green and has been for the past 1-2 hours.
have you established they can see the hub - if theres a problem with the cabling then it will not activate - give them a ring and risk offshore - they should at least say if they can see the hub - if not you will need to book a tech
