Access point error

Hi. I keep getting  network adapter error or access point  issue since getting a new replacement hub. My tablet is fine, but my phone just will not connect and my laptop constantly disconnects and reconnects . Useless when working from home. Any ideas ?

Apologies for the connection problems, this sounds like a wireless issue. Have you tried changing the operating channel yet? If not, this could help. For instructions please take a look at our help article - Changing the Virgin Media router's wireless channel / frequency
