I live in a student house with 4 others and we have had issues with our virgin internet since September.
We have the 2G and 5G hub and called the helpline so many times, our landlord has called too, had an engineer come to our house and nothing seems to be working. The frequencies have been changed and that hasn't helped either.
At the moment it is particularly bad, we cannot stay connected to either 2G or 5G for longer than 5 mins and then the wifi disconnects. It says on our computers we are connected but the internet doesn't actually work. We have to reset the hub at least 10 times a day and even resetting it doesn't help.
As you can imagine, it is incredibly frustrating as uni students trying to get work done and we don't know what else we can try to fix it. I have tweeted your twitter account and they have not been much help either. We are so desperate. Please help.
