48 hours no decent service

for the past 48hours or so there's been a problem with my service which keeps saying they are fixing. I hope i'm going to be compensated as this is not good enough. I cannot access my banking because of it. Why is it taking so long?

Hi alovella, Once your service is back up and running as normal, make sure that you contact Customer Services and explain to them that it wasn't running and you'd like a rebate.
