3.0 upgrade

Hi. I have been forced to upgrade from an older router (no problems at all for 10years plus) to a super hub 3.0. The green light has been flashing for nearly two hours on installation. Is that normal? Instructions say half an hour.

Did you call the activation line before you started?

Did you call the activation line and give them mac adreess to actice the router on your account its not plug in and play with virgin media

Using VIVID 350 Optical Fibre, Player TV, Talk Weekends

Personally I would ring them anyway.. the updates can take a while but not usually that long.. it maybe that it's not activated yet.
