2nd day no broadband

Hi . I ain't got any internet and Tv 2nd day. Tried to call customers service and they told me that service will be fixed at 16:00 , but checked website service status been showing will be fixed 6 December 20:00 , and still nothing . I can't work properly my job because I need Internet . Spent all my phone data due to other fault. Where I can write complain and get answer quick ??!

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your issues with having no broadband. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested your connection form here and I can see that both of your upstream power levels are too high and an engineer will need to attend in order to resolve this for you.
