every time I start up I have to reboot my modem a few times to connect, I googled the problem and found that typing "netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt" into the run box helped solve the problem initially but now that is getting more hit and miss. I also notice that navigating round my virgin media pages is very very slow but no other sites are!! perhaps the site needs maintenance and my old ntl: cable modem needs replacing.... or maybe it is an anti virgin media virus... wandering off topic for a moment, it was really annoying after finally finding the contact form on virgins site to be confronted with an excessive amount of detail requests to be given before they will take a question, I would think it not very wise to make customers look at how much they pay monthly... I have always let the direct debit handle that and have been oblivious as to the amount.... now having been made to view it, in the present economic climate, it has made me ask myself whether a cheaper option is out there....
