free £50 amazon voucher?

when i joined VM 3 months ago i was led to believe i would get 3 months free which i did and also a free £50 amazon voucher which i didnt and then 2 month later i ring them up and they say you will recieve information on how to claim it on the 1st june which i didnt and today just over 3 months down the line i ring up and they say they dont know anything about an amazon voucher offer and claim that the only offer they are doing is the £50 refer a friend offer...

has anyone else had this problem?

There has been a slight delay to the vouchers being sent out - as far as I'm aware they should be out shortly

when i rang up about 1 hour ago the woman on the other end said that she doesnt know anything about a amazon voucher and left me in the blue thinking what do i do now

this is becoming beyond a joke now i was told i was ment to receive this voucher 30 days after installation and still havnt, please can you tell me what is going off as i seem to be following a never ending trail every time i ring up for information

Hi Lee,

We are aware of this offer, and as stated by Ben above there is a delay in the sending out of the vouchers.

Please see below paste from our customer services brief. Apologies that the agent you spoke to was not aware of this.

In March of this year we ran an Online promotion, offering all customers who ordered an Online triple between March 16th and 31st a £50.00 Amazon electronic Gift Certificate. To qualify for the reward, customers needed to have placed their order Online between the dates mentioned, and have had their services installed before May 31st.



The T&Cs of the offer stated that the fulfilment emails would be sent on or after June 1st. The original intention was to send these emails on June 1st. However, due to some delays with the administration process, this will not how happen. The email are likely to be sent some time in the next couple of weeks however.



An email will be sent to all customers who qualified for the reward informing them of this slight delay. If any customers do call in enquiring about their vouchers, please inform them that they will be emailed shortly.

thank you very much... finally someone who has put it into better detail for me and explained it rather than me just following a never ending trail.. what do i do if i have not received an e-mail within the next month?

as steve b mentioned that emails will be sent out to customers we have not even recieved those and i dont know how long the amazon vouchers will take i think  this is a  complete rip off they should get there act together and what they promise they should stand by those
