WHY DOES MY BROADBAND KEEP CUTTING OUT ALL THE TIME EVERYDAY.

First of all here is my modem info please see below for the explanation to our broadband problem.

 I have tried wireless and just connecting to the modem and i am still intermitently losing the broadband signal everyday. This can happen for a few seconds or a few minutes at no particular time of the day.When it cuts out i can get three lights on..The pc light,cable and data send light and these lights will stay on and no internet. I can also get the lights on and the pc light flashes off and the data receieve light comes on for a split second then the pc light is back on. I hope this is enough info for someone to try to sort this problem out once and for all. It is frustrating when you are online doing your weekly shopping and even gaming.You will notice that the modem info has a lan connection Ip only because we tested it out just plugged into the modem to rule out the wireless router. We lost the signal. HELP!!

And thats the 4th time since 6.30pm i have lost my connection..What is going on Virgin?

Dropped out again for two minutes at 740pm Virgin you are becoming seriously un reliable and we are plugged into the modem so its not wireless.going back to wireless for a whil enow see how long it lasts again
