Unable to access My Bills

Unable to access my billing info online.  I keep receiving the folloiwng info.  Maybe paper bill are better at least you can get access.

Me too I am unable to access my bills with the same message and it very irritating as today is the best day for me to view them. Will try again later today.

Hi all,

 

I'm very sorry to see you are all experiencing problems to view your bills. We need you all to phone in, to progress with this issue. So we can pass DPA and try and replicate the fault. The number is 151 free from a Virgin landline or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone. Once the issue is identified. This will be escalated to our IT platform department. Usually takes between 5-7 working days to resolve.

my VM does still support firefox and chrome, Its been confirmed by one of the teams that works on the site

Hi Gethsemane,

 

I concur with Apcyberax. My VirginMedia is accessible with Firefox or Chrome. I use Chrome at home personally with no issues. Worthwhile re-installing your browser(s) again. Can you confirm the steps you taken to resolve this?
