I'm an existing VM customer on 30mb Broadband, my speed doubling was originally scheduled for "July onwards" but it's now been pushed back till sometime next year.
However, I've just phoned up and switched my package to the "Premiere collection" (already have a 1tb TiVo, but it gives me an extra V HD box and saves me £4.50 a month!), so does this mean I'll get the speed upgrade now as part of my package upgrade or will I still have to wait?

hi
as you are taking the premier collection package then you are going to get the advertised speed. so when the installer installs the extra vhd box then he will upgrade your speed at the same time
Thanks
