I have read a couple of threads regarding users not being able to access snapfish but have not managed to find a solution so im wondering if VM have messed up ?
VM and users are saying snapfish can be accessed via V Stuff, but the problem is I dont use V-Stuff mainly because it sucks and uploading is painfully slow. (I never got an answer as to why uploading to vstuff was so slow either, even for 50M/bs users when uploading to any other site was faster)
I used to log into snapfish direct with my blueyonder email and password and upload my photos directly to snapfish as it was a lot easier, and as this is not possible now and I have nothing on VM Backup, I would like to know where my photos that I stored with snapfish are gone ????
There are some very old photos on there including the one and only picture our family have of our brother who is no longer with us.
So I would like to know where my uploaded photos are and how to access them ?
I am really worried, I tried customer service on 150 but the two staff I spoke to via india just could not comprehend the inquirery which is even more frustrating as panic is setting in now on how im going to get these photos back.
There had better be one hell of a good reason if these photos cannot be retrieved, if they are lost I Will be asking Niel Berkett (CEO) directly for an explanation why.
I await your response.....

Hello
If the photos were uploaded to snapfish and not via V Stuff, and as it isnt possible to login to Snapfish using your blueyonder account, They may still be on Snapfish, what do Snapfish support say ?
How can VM be too blame for uploads directly to Snapfish ?

Glad you got them back. Without trying to teach you how to suck eggs, it's perhaps a good time to mention that trusting online servers to hold important items is not a good idea. A quick glance at the email forum shows how many people have lost important documents that way and all it requires is a mistake along the lines of the P----net email disaster a few years ago to lose everything. Don't trust your PC either. Multiple backup is the only answer for important items.

Could you share where you found the link? I'm also trying to login into Snapfish but the option has disappeared from My Virgin Media start page.
