I canceled my contract and they didn't send a confirmation or make the refund they promised after the first time it din't cancel, instead they started a new contract the day of the cancellation and keep billing me instead of refunding...
Really annoying and dishonest, and means I have to try ang sort it out from abroad to avaid getting a bad debt when it's not a debt at all it's VM trying to screw more money out of me...
