No cancellation confirmation?

Hi. I called your customer services twice today about cancelling my package and they said that it had been set up on the system and will be cancelled on the date I requested, I asked both times if I would be receiving a confirmation email and both times I was told I would and they even told me what email it would be sent to. How long should I wait to receive the email and how am I meant to know if it is definitely going to be done, as I will not be paying any thing else after the date I have given you. Thanks

I canceled my contract and they didn't send a confirmation or make the refund they promised after the first time it din't cancel, instead they started a new contract the day of the cancellation and keep billing me instead of refunding...

 

Really annoying and dishonest, and means I have to try ang sort it out from abroad to avaid getting a bad debt when it's not a debt at all it's VM trying to screw more money out of me...
