NEED TO CHANGE DATE OF DIRECT DEBIT

hi i need o change the date of my direct debit due to low funds ive already been sent out a bill saying that payment will be collected from my bank account around 12th auugust its it possible to move the date back to 30th august for when i get paid also will i be charged a late payment fee for asking to do this regards

I would advise you to contact our Customer Service team on 150 from a Virgin Media line (0845 454 1111 from any other line) and one of our agents will look into this for you.
