Hi Gethsemane,
As we are unable to discuss account, package or billing information on the forums, I will have to ask that you call the Customer services team on 0845 454 1111 Option 1 or you can dial 150 which is free from a virgin media landline. You should be sent an email confirmation of the full amount of the bill. Once received you can log into My VirginMedia to view the breakdown of charges.
Customer services is open Monday - Sunday 8am - Midnight, thanks.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

That isn't correct we support the latest version of Firefox and Chrome on our website and that includes my.virginmedia.com. So there must be some other issue here.
Thanks

Why Oh why is a member of your support team telling me you dont then? in fact your employee didnt just say you dont, they claimed youve only recently stopped supporting both browsers 'due to changes on your web interface' I just love being lied too.............![]()
right back to checking why my firefox setup is having issues, so far no joy cleared the caches etc etc etc. using Firefox's latest release 14.0.1, I can view emails online etc etc, i just cannot access my virgin media bills, id love to post a shot of the page but im not entirely sure how i upload pics to this forum?

I honestly don't know why you were told that, but it's certainly not something we've briefed people to say.
Back to the problem at hand, can I double check that you're running a clean version of Firefox with no plugins installed. Can you also tell me which particular URL isn't displaying for you e.g. https://my.virginmedia.com/my-bills/index
Also if you want to show us a screen shot you'll need to host it on a free image hosting service like imgur.com and then link to it.
Thanks
