Apologies I should have said "junk mail" rather than spam. Used the wrong term.

 

And the key thing is that they are actually addressed specifically to us.

 

If it was a blanket junk mail rather than spam, then fair enough. But to keep sending advertising letters for a service which does not exist isn't right imho.

My apologies for this. You will need to telephone Virgin Media and speak to customer services. Ask them to ensure that your email address is not used.

 

Call 150 (from a Virgin landline) or 0845 454 1111 (from any other phone).
