I can only log into my email account once I have down loaded the virgin toolbar.
I didnt have this problem over a week ago, but now all I get if I try to log in is page unavailable messages.
I then have to go through the hassel of downloading the tool bar to let me acesses my email at ntlworld.com.
I can accesses all other websites its just my email that is not working.
Any help? I keep downloading the virgin fix it tool but I have to do this every time.

Could you please provide the following information:
What URL are you trying to log into your email with?
At what point during the login process do you experience your error?
What is the error you experience (in full)?
What Browser are you using?
