Hey there,
I was wondering if anyone knows how I send in a message to customer services to give some feedback on great customer service I received today?
Ive been with virgin for years and have had my ups and downs, but today I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I think it's just as important to give good feedback as well as bad.
I'm looking for an email address or a form I can fill in? Would prefer this method rather than calling.

If you called in and asked to speak to a manager then they could feedback to the agent in question, try after 8am tomorrow morning as it really would be appreciated.
Or you could google ceoemail and send an email to the CEO's team via the email address you will find.

Positive feedback on great customer service is always welcome. You can post your feedback on the community forums, or alternatively by following the contact us link on our website there will be a form at the bottom of the page which allows you to submit your feedback.
