'Error 500' Whilst Trying to Register for 'My Virgin Media'...

Hello there,

 

I've recently had a Virgin Media account transferred to my name from that of a previous tenant I used to live with. Whilst attempting to register the account with 'My Virgin Media', I'm given an 'Error 500' page after submitting all the details. Any ideas on how to rectify this?

You will need to call Technical support to get that rectified so call in on 151 from a Virginmedia phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line and an agent will help you.

We will need to attempt to replicate your issue by logging into your account.
