Ended my VM contract but engineer did not pickup modem

Hi,

I recently ended my VM contract for phone and internet (50Mb), it cost me £180 to buy out and while on the phone I arranged with the girl to have the equipment (Superhub) collected from an alternative address.

I waited in but the engineer did not come to collect the modem, so I still have it and dont want it cluttering up the house.

I have been told that a pre-paid postage bag can be sent for me to return the Superhub, can one of these be arranged ot be sent to my house to return the modem to Virgin?

Thanks

James

Hi James,

We are unable to identify your account from your post. You can call in (150 from a Virgin Media landline; 0845 454 1111 from any other phone) to arrange for an envelope. Alternatively, you can just dispose of the equipment in an environmentally sensitive manner.
