wow took me nearly an hour to sign into this page.. So i am told 22nd December all should be back to normal.

Update:

Virgin contacted me and have sent an engineer today. I will check performance over the coming days.

Strangely, since last week - I have had no issues of note.

On the day they contacted me, there was a period in the evening of about 1hr when I could barley open a webpage, let alone run a speed-test - since then, all good.

Thanks for sending your engineer Virgin, I'll post some feedback in the coming days.

(Can you also pass on apologies to the engineer for my wife not answering the door at first!)
