D-link connection problems

Every time i start my computer the internet light on the D-Link goes red for about 3-4 minutes before i can access the internet. I tried this on another phone line and laptop, the same happened, so the D-Link must be playing up, please could you send me a replacement thank you.

Or send an engineer round to solve problem please.

Sorry to hear about the connection difficulties you're facing but before we can send you out a new router you'll have to call into the Swansea call centre to run some diagnostics.
