Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

White pod not connecting to new hub 5

Have a new hub 5 but my white pod will not connect and continues to pulse white and not be found or installed on the connect app even when connected to the hub with an ethernet cable.Any ideas?

I have experienced a similar problem. Replaced a HUB 3 with a HUB 5 and I can still see the HUB 3 Details come up on the network. I can also enter the passwords for the HUB 3 and this connects. It does throw a spanner in the settings and the internet...
