wireless

since i was installed in october im unable to connect to wireless says its not enabled and im unsure how to enable it can any1 help please thanks in advance.

What device are you trying to connect wirelessly? Also what light's are on the hub

i take it your using a hub3, but didn't say what device you trying to connect to the wireless.. you could check the wireless is on by logging into the hub via http://192.168.0.1 logging details are on the sticker, and goto wireless settings.. this will show your wireless name, wireless passphrase aka password.
