wireless connectivity failures and limitations super hub

Good day, I have a Super Hub which has recently started to 'misbehave' and simultaneously deliver highly variable performance. I'm wondering if its time to upgrade.

1. Is the Super Hub restricted in terms of simultaneous wireless/wired connections?

2. Recently wireless connections have dropped, circumstances are random as are the number of connections and extent of activity at the time of the drop.

3. Since receiving a broadband upgrade to 100mbs (this is not a problem) I have recorded download speeds of from 39.01mbs (ping was 9ms) to 19.83/9 which is quite a variation?

If a new rather than replace hub makes sense what would be a a sensible replacement?

Re: wireless connectivity failures and limitations super hub

Hi mrbob290252,

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Superhub.

I've run a diagnostic on the equipment and I can see a few issues there. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can grab some details and get this sorted out for you.

Speak soon Smiley Very Happy

Josh
