wireless MAC filtering

like other users here i have seen my super hub has developed an issue where i can not edit the wireless access filtering list.

If i try to add or delete a single device the complete list is blown away and nothing can access that wireless network.

I have tried many times now and get the same result each time.

I have also factory reset the device several times and still get the same faulty result

Can anyone offer a fix please?

I have a super hub:

hardware version 2

software version V2.39.02

thanks in advance

Re: wireless MAC filtering

Hi nigbates,

Thanks for posting and a warm welcome to the community Smiley Very Happy

I'm very sorry to hear about the difficulties you're having with your Superhub at the moment. What you've described certainly shouldn't be happening and I'd like to get this resolved as soon as possible. As you've already tried to factory reset your Superhub and it's not helped, I think we should try a replacement. I'll send you a PM (blue envelope, top right) so we can confirm the details.

Hope to hear back from you soon,

Take care.
