I'm very sorry to hear about the difficulties you're having with your Superhub at the moment. What you've described certainly shouldn't be happening and I'd like to get this resolved as soon as possible. As you've already tried to factory reset your Superhub and it's not helped, I think we should try a replacement. I'll send you a PM (blue envelope, top right) so we can confirm the details.
