Wi-fi keeps cutting out, driving me loopy (obvs!).
I recently had an engineer out as broadband had completely gone and he identified a frayed outdoor cable (which he fixed with connectors) but left the original V2 hub (thought he might upgrade to latest version.
Since then it's been good then intermittent then maddening!
I've attached my upstream/downstream and network logs if anyone can shed any light before I send for the cavalry.

Your upstream power levels are too high and need to be looked at by a VM tech.
You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.
Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.
I'm sorry to read you are having issues with your broadband connection.
As griffin mentioned your upstream power levels are too high. For this I can arrange an engineer appointment for you to get these adjusted. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
