why is my superhub 3 only half speed

can anyone help me with my superhub 3 woes.

just upgraded to new hub3 old one died on me.

but i am only getting half of my 100 meg speeds 60 and its maxed out.

support tried to palm me off with some flannel about the connection being shared,but didnt have this problem with my old hub.

Really sorry to hear about the problems with your connection. I've taken a look and I don't see anything obviously wrong. Are you using a wireless or hard-wired connection when you notice the speed is reduced? Is this happening on multiple devices or just the one? Also, do you notice if the speed changes at certain times of the day / night?

Possible issue with the default single SSID on Hub 3.0 and the device connecting to the stronger but poorer performing wifi band?

flat out wired the full 100meg

only 60 on my laptop wireless

noticibly slower on my xboxone

phones run at 44 meg.

i didnt have this problem with my old hub 1 

always ran at full speed?

 i have split the connection sto 2.4 and 5 g

my xbox and a couple of tablets are the only things in my house that connect to thr 5ghz
