virgin hub3 update and now can't access cctv on wifi
hi i have a cctv camera which i can see through my app on my phone either whilst on wifi or on 3g when away from home just done an update on my hub3 and now can't access the cctv on wifi i can switch wifi off and connect on 3/4g but switch wifi back on and can't connect to it ????????

I'll do my best to help with this though admit to some unfamiliarity with wireless CCTV. My first question is what update did you complete on your Hub? Or are you referring to an automated software update?
If so then I wonder if the Hub reverted to default settings and whether you'll need to make some configuration changes as a result?
