very intermitant internet

Hi could one of the very nice VM moderators help please ... I know we had internet outage in our area 2 weeks ago area 30  , but some times can take up to an hour to connect on modem mode or wifi and can loose connection after only 5 minuets . When this happens on wifi all 5 lights on hub flash very fast and on modem mode WAN light stays green .. have tried the usual resets still having a problem .... Thank you

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

 

I've checked out your account and I can see an SNR fault with the network in your area. This type of outage will cause slow speed and intermittent connection - Ref.(F005035216). Our technicians are working to get this resolved as soon as possible and have set a review date of 7th February.

 

I'll check back with you on the review date to run another diagnostic.

Hi neil100,

 

I've checked the account and the network fault has cleared. I've tried to run a diagnostic on the hub but it seems to be offline at the moment. Is it switched off at your end? Are you still experiencing issues with your connection?
