upgrade

I have problem with broadband, on virginmedia website it shows 70mb broadband but i just upgraded to 100, when is it going to change?

Firstly try turning your hub off for 5 minutes ... it may update the configuration file when you turn it back on.   If not then you will need to phone VM ... 150 from a VM phone (free) or 0345 454 1111 (standard rate) from any other phone.
